Returns & Exchange Policy
1.If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 2 days of signing for the item, and a customer service representative will assist you.
2.For online orders placed on the official website, within seven days of signing for the product, you are entitled to a seven-day inspection period during which you may apply for a return through the official channels of Samoa Sofa Asia Co., Ltd.
3.Please note that customized products (made-to-order items) are not subject to the seven-day inspection period policy.
4.Pre-order items
- These are purchased to order; cancellations or changes are not accepted once the order is placed. Please confirm before purchasing.
- After the product is shipped, if it is not a customized item, the consumer still enjoys a 7-day inspection period return right.
- If shipment cannot be completed due to force majeure or supplier factors, this store will proactively notify you and process a full refund.
5.Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period. If, after the necessary inspection of the product you received, it does not meet your expectations, please contact customer service within seven days of delivery; and please retain the product packaging, carton, and all accompanying documents.
6.The following circumstances may affect your rights, and returns and refunds cannot be accepted.
- The seven-day inspection period has been exceeded.
- Damaged packaging, removed seals, removed hang tags/labels, removed adhesive tape, or other signs of use.
- The product is damaged, missing parts, missing components, damaged, or altered due to inspection beyond what is necessary or for reasons attributable to the customer's personal factors.
- The product shows signs of use.
- Due to the product's natural material characteristics (color variation, wood knots, grain, natural solid-wood wood grain, etc.) or craftsmanship characteristics (distressing, baked finish, electroplating, glass), returns or exchanges cannot be requested on these grounds due to personal preference.
- Due to space limitations such as narrow passages in the customer's home, making transport difficult and the product unable to reach the designated location, or scratches caused by collisions during transport.
- Dining tables, lighting, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged once assembled.
7.When returning a product, any related free gifts must be returned together in complete packaging. If a free gift has been opened or used, it must be purchased at the original price.
8.Returns are based on the product amount only. Services that have already been rendered and provided, such as "shipping fees" and "floor-delivery fees," are not included in the refund amount.
9.To expedite the return and refund process, you agree that this company will handle the electronic invoice and the sales return certificate on your behalf; if the invoice is in paper form, please be sure to retain the invoice receipt.
10.Samoa Sofa Asia Co., Ltd. reserves the right to revise the above terms (including product warranty/non-warranty scope, shopping notes, shipping information, floor-delivery fees, and returns and exchanges for online shopping products). Any changes will be published directly on this website without separate notice.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
1.Display items
-are treated as in-stock products and are sold according to their on-site condition. After sale, no return, exchange, or warranty service will be provided.
2. Delivery delays due to force majeure factors (weather, logistics and transport subject to inspection...etc.)
Product Warranty
1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, and proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for the product warranty.
2. After logistics notification of delivery, if the goods are not signed for due to personal factors, a storage fee of NT$ 5,000 per month will be charged starting 2 months later; after 6 months, the original manufacturer's warranty eligibility will be forfeited.
3. Once the product is assembled, the original manufacturer's warranty will no longer be provided.
※Warranty terms: Non-human-caused damage to the product is covered within this company's warranty scope. Proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for the product warranty.
