Ordering & Shipping Information
Payment Methods
1. Credit Card Payment: Once you submit your order, the order is created and you will be taken to the "Card Payment Checkout" screen, where you fill in your credit card details and complete the payment.
2. Manual Bank Transfer: After you submit your order, the webpage will display the [Order Transfer Account]. Please verify the order amount and shipping fee. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you may enter the last five digits of your account number in the cart notes before checkout. If you did not add a note at that time, you may also, after completing the transfer, provide your "Order Number" and the "last five digits of the transfer account" by contacting our LINE customer service, and we will confirm payment as soon as possible and arrange shipment.
Shipping Time
Please be sure to read our purchasing rules carefully before buying. Placing an order indicates your agreement.
1. In-stock items in Taiwan: After confirming the items you wish to order, please complete payment within 2 days. We will arrange shipment in order of the orders received, approximately 3-7 business days (excluding holidays) (in-store pickup or home delivery).
2. Pre-order items: After confirming the items you wish to order, please complete payment within 2 days (for furniture, a deposit of 50% (inclusive) or more may be paid first). Once we receive payment, we will place the order. The average waiting time for pre-order items is approximately 1.5 to 2 months. In case of special circumstances or delays, we will notify you separately. The pre-order period for some brands may be longer; if you need to confirm the delivery time, please message customer service, who will provide an estimated delivery time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a full refund (excluding transaction fees incurred from the bank transfer).
3. Large furniture: shipping time is approximately 4 months.
*If any other factors cause the delivery time to be earlier or later, our store staff will contact you to inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping Fee Information
1. The delivery method will be adjusted according to the contents of the items. If the order can be delivered by home delivery, the shipping fee is NT$170.
2. Oversized or multiple items will instead be delivered by large-item logistics, with the shipping fee quoted separately. We will proactively contact you to provide a quote and make arrangements.
3. For large items, the shipping fee varies depending on volume, weight, delivery area, and floor level. After receiving your order, a dedicated representative will contact you to confirm the order and inform you of the shipping quote and delivery time.
Logistics Service
1. The logistics team's service only includes: transporting the item to a ground-floor location for placement (unpacking and assembly are not included).
2. The shipping fee varies by county/city; please contact our store staff for details.
3. The shipping fee does not include manual carrying fees. Manual carrying will be charged at NT$300 per floor, and this fee must be paid in full together with the balance before delivery.
*If the item cannot be delivered by manual carrying because the access route is too small, the logistics staff will take the item back directly, and the carrying service will be considered completed for that occasion. The shipping fee does not include services other than manual carrying. If you require carrying services other than manual carrying, please inform us in advance, and fees will be charged separately.
Online Card Payment and Transaction Security
The online card payment service is provided by Samoa Sofa Asia Co., Ltd. in cooperation with SinoPac Bank, with system support provided by Hi-Trust. We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, United Credit Card (U Card), and other credit card payment methods. The entire process is protected by SSL256 encryption, the highest in the world and on par with banks, which safeguards the security of your personal data transmission. You can pay directly online, fill in your credit card details, and submit your order to complete the ordering process. After the ordering process is completed, we will immediately send an Email confirming the order details, and you can also check your order records in "My Account".
